Great job to everyone who was able to come out the track yesterday. Everybody really worked hard, but more importantly we got to be outside with some great weather using our fitness.
We are on Week 4 of the Nutritional Challenge . We have made it through the last 3 weeks and we will make it through the next 2 weeks. Stay strong and make smart decisions. Don’t be afraid to put a little extra work in à few days this week.

Increase weight each set.
