8 Weighted lunges per leg

5 Turkish Get-ups/side

20 GHD Situps

Metcon (Time)

For time:

10 Wall balls

10 Pull-ups

9 Wall balls

9 Pull-ups

8 Wall balls

8 Pull-ups

etc….down to 1 and 1

RX is regular Pullups for daily WOD. Regular pullups for Inferno.

RX Plus is Chest 2 Bar

For time:

10 Wall balls

10 Pull-ups

9 Wall balls

9 Pull-ups

*Rest 3-5 minutes, then do Part 2

5 rounds, each lasting 2 minutes, for max reps of:

20 double unders

200 Meter Run/250M row
