Week 1 of the Nutritional Challenge is over and we are on to week 2. The first week is always the hardest, but stick to the goals you have.

Wednesday, October 21st, 6:30pm at the Patti residence is week 1 of the 6-week bible study. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Thursday, October 22nd, 5:45pm Olympic Lifting class. This class has be an awesome addition to CFDS and we encourage you to attend.

Friday, October 30th, 7pm is the #CFDSNation Halloween WOD in honor of Leigh Henry followed by our Halloween party. We will be hanging out, socializing, and playing some games. Costumes are encouraged. Bring your own drinks. Kids are welcomed.
