Week 3 of the 2017 is over and I couldn’t be more proud of every person who did 17.3 on Friday or today. Ever person proved they are a stronger than they even thought. Some of us may be happy with our score or weight we got, but at the end off the day we are better than we were yesterday. Everyday we are taking a closer step to being a strong version than we were the day before. This is a journey we take day after day and you wouldn’t want it any other way. Great job too everyone, on to week 4!
