6 reps at 50%

5 reps at 55%

4 reps at 60%

3 reps at 65%

3 reps at 70%

2 reps at 75%

2 reps at 80%

Work with 1 rep until you find your 1 rep MAX!

Odd minute:

8 Hang cleans (135/95#)

10 split jumps (get high)

Even minute:

5 Push press (135/95#)

15-20 Toes 2 Bar

*Immediately following the last minute, perform 12 clean and jerks with your weight.
