This week is Thanksgiving week so the schedule for Thursday and Friday will be adjusted to allow us to spend time with our friends and family.

Thanksgiving Day (Thursday) – CLOSED
Black Friday – 10am WOD
Saturday – 8:30am WOD, This has always been a great class following the Thanksgiving class. Bring your friends and family to join the fun.

This Saturday is the last LSU game of the season. We will be setting up the CFDS tailgate one last time. If you haven’t came out yet this year, take up this opportunity.

The Nutritional Challenge is officially over. Congratulations to everyone who stuck with it over the last 6 weeks. If you are going to weigh in here are some important things to know.

1) Come in a little bit early so we get everyone weighed in prior to the class.
2) If you cant come in on Monday, you can still weigh in Tuesday or Wednesday
3) Don’t change up your eating just because of weigh in. If you stop drinking liquids prior to weight in and body fat checking, it could have a negative result on the actual results. DONT TRY TO DEHYDRATE YOURSELF THINK IT WILL HELP BECAUSE IT WONT.

PIZZA PARTY Tuesday at 7:30pm. Bring your favorite Puzza from your favorite Pizza joint. Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Ceasers, papa Johns have all been banned! I’m sorry!

Nutritional Challenge WOD (Time)

For time:

Run 400m

40 air squats

30 Situps

20 Pushups

10 Burpees

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Rest 10 minutes, then do:

Death by Wall balls and box jumps

EMOM Complete: each minute complete 5 box jumps, but increase wall balls by 2 reps each minute. EX- 1min- 5 BJ + 2 WB, 2min- 5 BJ + 4 WB, 3min- 5 BJ + 6 WB

5 Box Jumps (20/24”) + 2 Walls Balls (20/14#)
