Congratulations to all of the CFDS clients and regional athletes on being part of the 14th Fittest CrossFit Box in the South Central Region. This past weekend the regional athletes competed against 30 Teams. After 3 long days and 8 WODs, they were 14th out of 30 teams and also the Fittest Box in a Louisiana. The support from everyone leading up to this event and throughout the weekend was so awesome!! What will 2015 have in store for us?

Metcon (Time)

100 Double Unders, followed by:
3 RFT:
15 Deads, 225/155
21 GHDSU/straight leg sit-ups (20/15#)
Followed by: 100 Double Unders

*If you cannot do DUs, do 2x singles.

*Anyone who does singles or scales reps of DUs, does 25 Burpees after the WOD is complete. Burpees are not included in time.
