12 Minute AMRAP:

12 Burpees
12 Toes 2 Bar
40 DU’s/60 Singles + 3 Burpees

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM 12 Minutes:

Min 1 = 1 MU
Min 2 = 2 MU
Min 3 = 3 MU

*If you cannot do MU, work on Chest 2 Bar Pullups and dips for 12 minutes
