If you missed a day this is your lucky day to get that WOD in and do it with style. This week’s WODS were fun, but challenging WODS and I hope you liked them. If you came all 3 days, then take this time to work on some weaknesses you may have or things you want to get better at.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

A little extra credit WOD for anyone looking to get a nice burner in for the day.

3 rds for work, 1 minute per station:

Thrusters (45/35#)

Air bike

Pushups

Overhead walking lunges (45/35#)

1 minute per movement, with no rest between movements, but 1 minute rest between rds.
