Steak night on Friday night. Meeting at CFDS for 6:45pm then heading out to eat around 7pm.

Athletes will split up into 3 stations if needed. Stations will be setup in 15:00 minute intervals. If athletes finish before the 15:00 is up they rest the remainder of the time.
