Steak night on Friday night. Meeting at CFDS for 6:45pm then heading out to eat around 7pm.

Look out for a modified schedule for next Monday – Thursday. It will be posted on Wodify and in the Facebook page tomorrow.

Metcon (No Measure)

Athletes will split up into 3 stations if needed. Stations will be setup in 15:00 minute intervals. If athletes finish before the 15:00 is up they rest the remainder of the time.

0 – 15:00

4 x 500m row

*1 minute rest between sets

*Increase intensity each set. Don’t max out on the first row.

15:00 – 30:00

1 Mile Run

*Run this thing fast

30:00 – 45:00

3 Mile Bike
