Main – CrossFit

Today is the last day of the squat program. We will be maxing out on Friday and Saturday. If you are going to max out on Friday, I suggest you take off on Thursday. If you are maxing out on Saturday, take off on Friday. We want your legs and body to be fresh for those heavy squats.

Saturday Max Out sign up sheet is on the counter. Sign up so you have a spot that works for you.

Open athletes need to rest on Thursday so your body gets use to the rest days we will be taking for the next 5 weeks. Rest your body, it needs it!!

Back Squat (6 x 2 @ 80%)

Front Squat (6 x 2 @ 80%)

Metcon (No Measure)

Squat Snatch
3 Squat Snatches @ 60%

Clean and Jerk
3 Clean and Jerks @ 60%

No touch and go reps.
