Hearts = Kettlebell Swing (53/35#)

Diamonds = AB Calories

Clubs = Wall balls (20/14#)

Spades = Burpee

Joker = Each athlete preforms 400m run

*Face Cards are 10 reps, Aces are 11 Reps

*35 minute CAP
