Class Schedule for Labor Day weekend (including Friday).
Friday, 2-4pm will be Open Gym. There will be no classes after 4pm.
Saturday- Team WOD at 8:30am
Monday- 8:30am Team WOD. All other classes are cancelled for Labor Day.
EMOM for 15 minutes complete:
7 Back squats (1st minute)
14 Push-ups (2nd minute)
21 Sit-ups (3rd minute)
…. Continue through the cycle in this order.
Athletes should find a weight that is challenging, but can be finished with rest time between sets.Pages:
