*Nutrition Seminar with Christina this Saturday from 9:30-10:30am after the Saturday WOD. The seminar will be part 2 of her nutrition series. The cost is $5.00 per client paid to her.

On Friday the 8:30am and 2pm class will be Open gym. There will be a trainer on staff with a warmup and workout on the board. Please feel free to come in and work on other things other than the WOD if you would like to.

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:
75 Double Unders/150 singles
50 Air Squats
25 Hang Squat Snatches 45/35#

*If an athlete cannot perform squat snatches at good form, the athlete should switch the movement to squat cleans.
*Half squats do not count as RX!!
