There is only one more day to get your wedding burpees with Coach Brad and Jess. It’s simple, you give them a number and you both do that number.

Class schedule for this Friday will be 5:30 and 8:30am, then 2:00pm will be the last class of the day. There will be a Saturday morning class for all you hardcore WODers.

Filthy Fifty (Time)

For Time:
50 Box jumps, 24″
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
50 steps Walking Lunge
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45#
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20#
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
*27 Minute Time Cap*

If 50 reps is too many, scale your reps to 30. There will be a penalty for every rep you did not finish within the time cap for those who chose to do 50 reps.

Intensity is more important than the number of reps you do!!
