TURKEY DAY WOD CHALLENGE

Part 1:

For every plate of food you consume for lunch, you must complete 10 minutes of outdoor walking immediately following your last plate.

Part 2:

For every small plate of dessert you consume, do 25 burpees.

Example:

During Thanksgiving lunch, Brad consumes 2 plates of food (Turkey, dressing, ham, sweet potatoes) and 1.5 plates of dessert (Cherry pie and cookies). Immediately after the last dessert plate instead of taking the easy walk to the couch, Brad does 20 minutes of walking outside followed by 40 Burpees.

Im not asking you guys to do a WOD after lunch, but being active instead of sitting on the couch taking a nap will have you in a better position. Hope some of you try this out today.
