Great job to everyone who came out to Park WOD yesterday. The classes were big and full of energy. Same place next week.

This Saturday we will have a CFDS Tailgate Party at LSU for the LSU/Ole Miss game. Tailgeting will start anytime you want to get out there, but we will be out there round 10:30am. We are located behind the Law Building across from The University Lab school on East Campus. Kids, friends, and family are more than welcome. Hope to see you out there.

To become a FIT individual you have to train you weaknesses. Only training CARDIO 3 or 4 days a weak is going to give a specific result. Training you body to do different things is a great and cool thing that we should all want for ourselves. Stop making excuses and get you ASS in the gym and challenge yourself.
