*make it challenging for both movements

For time with a partner. 1 person works at a time.

100 Box jumps

100 Jumping pullups

100 Kettlebell swings 35/25#

100 Walking lunges (steps)

100 Knees to elbow

100 Push press 45/35#

100 Deadlifts 135/95#

100 Wall balls

100 Burpees

100 DUs

Teams can scale reps by 10, 15, and 20 if needed.
