This Wednesday we will be heading back to North Park for a PARK WOD. Below you will find the schedule for class times for that. The weather is suppose to be amazing so bring your friends and family out to join us.

40 Pull-ups/Jumping Pullups

30 Shoulder-to-overhead (135/95)

50 Front squats (95/65)

40 Pull-ups/Jumping Pullups

30 Shoulder-to-overhead (95/65)

50 Overhead squats (65/45)

40 Pull-ups/Jumping Pullups

30 Shoulder-to-overhead (65/45)

*22 Minute Time Cap

*Pullups will be unassisted or jumping pull-ups

*Scale the number of pullups if needed to allow you the ability to do as much work as you can in the time frame.
