Squat Snatch (EMOM 1 Rep x 15 Minutes)
If you have a previous 1rm, then you can perform the weights as follows:
5th=1rm-10#, repeat 3x (or a similar wave within your capacity).
20 Thrusters (60% of Part A with a cap of 95/65)
20 Hang Power Cleans
20 Push Presses
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
*EMOM, starting at :60, perform 5 burpees.
*Scale number of burpees if you cannot move through the reps fast.
