Today is make-up day for anyone who missed one of this weeks WODs. Take this time to get those days made up.

If you have came all 3 days, chose 2 gymnastic movements and work on them for about 15-20 minutes.

Partner Endurance work. 1 partner does the 1st set, then partner 2 does set 1.

50-40-30-20-10 cals on the bike

OR

60-50-40-30-20 cal on rower
