I know it has been a crazy week, but I hope you are ready to let off some steam! We will start off with the early bird class at 5:30 am, followed by a 9:00 am class, 4:45 pm class, and a 6:45 pm class. We will follow this schedule until things settle a little and then will rock on as usual. We know traffic is bad right now, so if you are running late, just come on, jump in, and get your fitness on. The box is under a little construction so it’s not as neat as it usually is, but we are working day in and day out to have everything back in its place. We are looking forward to seeing all of your faces! Make sure to let your CFDS family know about the class times and anyone you may know who is needing a place to workout while there gym is getting up and running.
