Run 600m; rest 1 minute
Run 400m; rest 1 minute
Run 200m; rest 30 seconds

Rest 5 minutes and start second WOD

Metcon (No Measure)

OTM x 10 minutes
15 Wall balls (20/14#)

OR

OTM x 10 minutes
13 Wall balls
OTM x 2 minutes
10 Wall balls

All athletes will do 150 wall balls, but can chose between 2 options. If an athlete does not finish all rounds within the 1 minute time frame, they will complete 5 Burpee box jumps for every round not completed after the WOD. Challenge yourself with something that will push you.
