Trainer Appreciation Week.
November 3rd-8th we will have Trainer appreciation week to show our appreciation for what they do for the us. The trainers at CFDS love what they do. They love watch clients get stronger, faster, and healthier day after day. Show your appreciation by brining them there favorite smoothie, protein bar, coffee, or just do a an extra WOD with them. Lets show our thanks to them. On Saturday, November 8th we will end the week off with a Team WOD with all of the trainers and then follow up with one last LSU Tailgate for the LSU/Alabama game.

PARK WOD
This Wednesday we will be heading back to North Park for a PARK WOD. Below you will find the schedule for class times for that. The weather is suppose to be amazing so bring your friends and family out to join us.

20 Air Squats
