SNATCH GRIP DEADLIFT TO POWER POSITION + LOW HANG SNATCH (4 sets of 2 @65% of 1 RM snatch)

Athletes will start by doing 1 snatch grip deadlift standing to the power position (not standing to full extension). After the snatch deadlift, the athlete will go into 1 low hang snatch.

Paused Front Squat (5 sets of 2 @65%; 3 secon pause at bottom)

Athletes will do 2 military press (strict press) immediately followed by 3 Push press.
