Sometimes we expect more from others because we’d be willing to do that much for them.

This Saturday is the #SPT2017 in Hammond, LA. There will be a modified schedule on Friday which will be posted tomorrow. If there is anyone available to help setup on Friday, we will be leaving CFDS at 10am to head to the venue.

There will be no class on Saturday.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

10 Deadlifts 255/175#

Goal: 4+ rounds

Metcon (Time)

5-12-9-6-3 reps, for time of:

Hang Power Snatch 115/75#

*Unbroken Hang Power Snatch

Goal: 8 minutes or less
