It’s a new week so let’s start it off the right way. In the gym and nutrition in line. Your food intake is more important than your workouts. If you are only doing one of these, you missing a major part to get the results you want.

1 Snatch + 3 Heaving Snatch balances (4 sets of 1 @60% plus 5-10#)

Start with 1 full snatch and follow with 3 snatch balances from behind the neck. Increase 5-10# each week based of how you are feeling.

Back Squat (4 sets of 7@60% plus 5-10#)

CrossFit Games Open 15.3 (AMRAP – Reps)

14-Minute AMRAP of:

7 Muscle-ups

50 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#

100 Double-Unders
Do 14 Pullups in place of muscle ups.

Scale wall ball reps if needed.

Do 150 singles in place of DUs.
