Last week of the Nutritional Challenge. Stay strong and we will be putting out the information for all people who will do their 6 week weigh ins.

SNATCH GRIP DEADLIFT TO POWER POSITION + LOW HANG SNATCH (4 sets of 2)

Athletes will start by doing 1 snatch grip deadlift standing to the power position (not standing to full extension). After the snatch deadlift, the athlete will go into 1 low hang snatch.
Increase 5-10# or heavier than last weeks weight

Front Squat (5 sets of 2 @65% plus 5-10# for week 3)

3 second pause at bottom of each rep

Metcon (Time)

3 RFT:

50 DU’s/2 minute practice

25 situps (GHD if wanted)

25 Burpees

50 Medballs toe taps (25 each foot)
