10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of back squat (225/155#)
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps of pullups

*Athletes will complete the the first 10 reps of squats then the 2 reps of pullups. Athletes will move down the list of reps until completed.
