*Athletes must complete 30 reps of each movement before moving onto the next round. You cannot split up any reps between movements.

*Remember this week the schedule will be different due to Thanksgiving.

Monday– ALL CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE

Tuesday– 5:30 and 9:30am, 5:30 and 6:30pm classes only

Wednesday– 5:30 and 9:30am and 5:30pm classes only (The 5:30pm class will be a Thanksgiving WOD)

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday– NO CLASSES AT ALL
