Week 2 of the nutritional challenge is here ladies and gents. The urge for the bad carbs should be slowing down and is much easier to pass by them without the want. Stay strong and remember what your goals are and what you want to get in your results.

The 2017 CrossFit Games Open starts Feb 23rd. Like last year we will be doing our own Friday Night Lights every Friday for the 5 weeks. This year we will start each Friday night off by a head to head competition between a 2 females followed by 2 males. We will announce the head to head on Monday of each week.
