IT’S HUMP DAY!!!!

This Saturday is MAX OUT Day for the end of the squat program. We will start the first heat at 8:30am. After everyone maxes out, we will be hanging out at the gym for a few hours to celebrate all the PRs and the hard work everyone has been giving. Some people will be bringing some chili and other dishes to share. We will also have a Ping Pong Tournament for all the ballers who want to claim TOP DOG!! Hope to see you all there!!

50 Burpees over the Bar
30 Squat clean Thrusters, 135/95
10 MU/2 pullups and 2 ring dips per MU
