LSU tailgating one last time for this football season on Saturda at our normal spot.
Athletes will choose 12-15 movements from the list below and do 15-20 reps for each movement. All reps of one movement has to be completed before you move to the next movement.
Every 4 minutes athletes will stop and do a 200m Run (Go Fast)!
Movements with a ** by them are mandatory movrments.
