1 Full clean followed by 1 Full Hang Clean and 1 Split Jerk. Look for increase each week.

Front squat Tempo (4 sets of 3@70% plus 5#)

Take 3 seconds to get to parallel, pause 1 second at parallel, take 3 seconds to stand up.
