This is the last week of the Nutritional Challenge. Don’t cave in and let yourself start eating bad. Weigh ins and body fat % will be next Monday.

Strength Work:

a. 4×6 Snatch Grip Deadlift

b. 4×8 Supine Pullup w/ 2 count hold at chest and 4 count down

c. 4×8 Dumbbell Glute Bridge on Ground (each leg)

No supersets!!!
