100 DUs or 500m Row + 10 Burpees

40 GHD Situps

40 Front Rack Lunge Steps *total (115/85#)

40 OHS (115/85#)

40 GHD Situps

100 DUs or 500m Row + 10 Burpees

Athletes will choose to do all 100 DUs as RX, rowing 500m +10 burpees is the only option and is scaled.

If athletes are having issues with range of motion they can switch from OHS to back squats but only if needed. Increase back squat weight to 155/105#.
