Pre-WOD:
Squat Snatch

*All reps should be complete squats.
Work on pulling yourself under the bar and pushing the bar away from your body.
WOD:
12 Min AMRAP:
200M Run
12 one arm snatches (45/35#)
*There is no class onĀ  this Saturday due to the Ragin Games and The Color Run. Good luck to Lee at the games and everyone doing the run!!
*Thanksgiving Week Class Schedule
Monday- ALL CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE
Tuesday- 5:30 and 9:30am, 5:30 and 6:30pm classes only
Wednesday- 5:30 and 9:30am and 5:30pm classes only (The 5:30pm class will be a Thanksgiving WOD)
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday- NO CLASSES AT ALL
