CrossFit Denham Springs – CrossFit

Week 4 of the Nutritional Challenge starts today. We have made it through the last 3 weeks and we will make it through the next 2 weeks. Stay strong and make smart decisions. Don’t be afraid to put a little extra work in à few days this week.

Make sure to sign into a class and on Facebook to get those team points.

On Tuesday, we will be hitting up the Live Oak Park track/field for a day outside of the gym. This is not going to be a straight running class. This is a chance to enjoy the fresh air of being outside and using our fitness in other ways. This will be fun so come join us and bring some friends with you (we won’t destroy them).
