CrossFit Denham Springs – CrossFit

Saturday WOD is at 9am. A group of us will be heading to CF Amite on Saturday for a memorial WODS for one of the young kids who passed away this past summer. Meet at CFDS for 8am, leave at 8:05am.

Muscle Snatch (5 sets of 2@55% + 5# from Week 1)

Athletes will setup in the normal snatch grip and setup. Athletes will then continue to pull the bar into a snatch landing locked out with straight legs. NO REBENDING!

Back Squat (1 set of 3 @85% of 1 RM)

Back Squat (1 set of 5 @20# down from part 1)

Sumo Deadlift (1 set of 3@80% of 1 RM Deadlift)

Sumo Deadlift (2 sets of 8@50# part 1)

100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 air squats
All reps are done in the order above.

Do WOD solo or with a partner.
