Choose 1 of the 2 Metcons for today s WOD.
400m run, rest 2 minutes.
800m run, rest 3 minutes.
1200m run, rest 4 minutes.
Try to run all runs at your 1 mile PR pace.

Or you can do:
4 min assault bike fast pace followed by 3 minute sled push, rest 3 minutes.
3 minute AA Bike sprint followed by 2 minute sled push, rest 3 minutes.
2 minute AA Bike sprint followed by 2 minute sled push, rest 2 minutes.
1 minute AA Bike sprint
Choose a weight on the sled you can continue to move for the entire time.
