CFDS Class Schedule


Crossfit Denham Springs Class Schedule

All clients are to be ready for the WOD (workout of the day) 10 minutes prior to the class starting. This will allow the clients time to stretch/warm-up on their own prior to the group warm-up the trainer will conduct.

g>Monday – Friday

*Note the new class times and changes for classes.

The classes below will be for Monday-Friday every week unless noted otherwise on the homepage.

Morning classes:

5:30 and 9:00am

Evening classes:

1:00, 4:30, 5:45, and 6:45pm.

*There is NO 6:45pm class on Fridays!!


Every Saturday is “bring a friend” day, with NO strings attached. Bring as many friends with you as you want, the more people the better the workout will be. The WOD will not be as intense as during the week, but the WOD will be good and alot of fun!!! The Saturday class will be at 9:00am.
