Christmas Monday


CrossFit Denham Springs – CrossFit

A few things to to know about this week.

1. Normal hours will be on Monday-Wednesday, 9:00am “12 Days of Christmas” WOD on Thursday, NO CLASSES on Friday, 9:00am on Saturday.

2. We will do our lifting on Monday- Tuesday, and Wednesday this week instead of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Snatch (6 sets of 1, Increase 5-10# from last week)

Power clean + 3 Thrusters (4 sets of 1, Increase 5-10# from last week)

Athletes will do 1 power clean followed by 3 thrusters. Athletes do not drop the bar until all reps are finished.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Min AMRAP:

10 Burpees

15 Goblet Squats

20 Lunges w/KB

25 KB swings

Weight is 53/35#
