15 Minute Ladder:

*Hang cleans

*Hand release pushups 

*Toes 2 bar

 

Athletes start by doing 2 reps of each movement, then moves to 4 reps, then 6 reps, and so on until 15 minutes is up.

Christmas Eve classes will be 5:30 and 9:00am. Christmas Day willbe closed
