12 Days of Christmas

It is a CFDS tradition to do the 12 Days of Christmas WOD on Christmas Eve with your fellow CrossFitters. This year we are doing the same, but changing the movements. 12 Days WOD times are 5:30am, Open gym from 8-9am, and 12 Days at 9am. Hope to see as many people as possible. Have a great Christmas!!
